It refers to the blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) throughout the session. The normal range is typically above 95%. Blood oxygen saturation <90% may be an indicator of clinical unwellness[6].

This is the average heart rate per minute during the session. Normal resting rates range between 60–100 bpm[7].

In Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), the upper airway collapses during sleep. During these events, blood oxygen saturation drops from baseline. The oxygen drops, or ODI (oxygen desaturation index), is a measure of how many times the blood oxygen drops each hour of the night. Lower numbers (<5) generally indicate the normal range[8].

Use the “mySleep journal” section at the bottom of the report to log relevant symptoms or behaviors.
